Mutiny, a youth assembly movement which emerged from the Radical Youth Space for Educations in Stroud, launch their campaign to get the Blackboy Clock removed.

This begins with the temporary installation of a large banner on the railings outside of Blackboy House that reads ‘Take Down The Black Boy Clock’, and is followed up by a series of weekly protests throughout October 2025.

The group issue a statement via Instagram calling for the removal of the clock’s figure and a rewriting of the Community Representation Taskforce's plaque by the 31st of October 2025, to coincide with the end of Black History Month in the UK.
