Mutiny, a youth assembly movement which emerged from the Radical Youth Space for Educations in Stroud, launch their campaign to get the Blackboy Clock removed.

This started with the installation of a large banner on the railings outside of Blackboy House that reads ‘Take Down The Black Boy Clock’, which was quickly removed by an unknown party.

The group later issue a statement via Instagram calling for the removal of the clock’s figure and a rewriting of the Community Representation Taskforce's plaque by the 31st of October 2025, to coincide with the end of Black History Month in the UK.
